New Rochelle, New York emcee 2 Cool has unleashed his latest mixtape, Out The Hood 2 hosted by DJ Jazzy Joyce. The artist’s first release since dropping Out The Hood Continues back in 2011, the project packs a total of 21 tracks, including a variety of noteworthy collaborators.
